On September 1, 2016, as every year, in Massa Marittima Fair of Garland, it is a traditional fair that descends from the ancient animal market. Local farmers bring the best specimens of cattle, pigs, donkeys and horses to compete for the prizes. Over time this fair has also assumed the character of a modern agro livestock exhibition. You will also stand, shows the cowboys, tastings of local products.
This tradition has been constantly renewed from year to year, from many generations and preserves the atmosphere, impressions and perhaps indelible signs, countrylife of an area that opens onto the countryside. A chance for the kids to see livestock species that they have never observed, as the donkey amiatino or the Cinta Senese pig and others, an occasion also for a little ride.
